	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove
1	Remove lower steering column trim.		AR68.30-P-2000SR
2	Turn steering wheel until the screws (2) are accessible.
3	Lift upper steering column trim (1) and disconnect electrical connector (3).
4	Remove screws (2) and remove windshield washer system switch (S4/4).
	Install
5	Lift upper steering column trim (1), position windshield wiper system switch (S4/4) and tighten with screws (2).	Screw, combination switch to steering column tube module	*BA54.25-P-1001-01A
		Torque screwdriver	Fig 1
6	Connect electrical connector (3).
	Check
7	Check all functions of the windshield wiper system switch (S4/4).
	Install
8	Position upper steering column trim (1) and install lower steering column trim.		AR68.30-P-2000SR
