Installation [05/2013 - 01/2014]

  1. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH LH 
    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the steering pad switch.
    2. Install the 2 screws.
    3. w/ Shift Paddle Switch:

      Connect the connector to the No. 1 switch wire (shift paddle switch).

    4. Connect the connector to the spiral cable sub-assembly.
  2. INSTALL STEERING PAD  . Refer to INSTALLATION [05/2013 - 01/2014] - Step 1
  3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION [05/2013 - 01/2014] - Step 3
  4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION [05/2013 - 01/2014] - Step 4
  5. INSPECT STEERING WHEEL CENTER POINT 
  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION [05/2013 - 01/2014] .

  7. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 

    Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [05/2013 - 01/2014]
