Fuel Injector Circuit [05/2013 - 01/2014]: Procedure
- INSPECT FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY (POWER SOURCE)
- Disconnect the fuel injector connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Cylinder Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition No. 1 B10-1 - Ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V No. 2 B11-1 - Ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V No. 3 B12-1 - Ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V No. 4 B13-1 - Ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front view of wire harness connector

OK: Go to next step
- INSPECT FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY
- Inspect the fuel injector assembly. Refer to INSPECTION [05/2013 - ]

HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel injector assembly. Refer to INITIALIZATION [05/2013 - ] .

- Inspect the fuel injector assembly. Refer to INSPECTION [05/2013 - ]

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FUEL INJECTOR - ECM)
- Disconnect the fuel injector connector.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Cylinder Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition No. 1 B10-2 - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher B10-2 - B30-85 (#10) Always Below 1 Ω No. 2 B11-2 - Ground Always 10 kΩ or higher B11-2 - B30-84 (#20) Always Below 1 Ω No. 3 B12-2 - Ground Always 10 kΩ or higher B12-2 - B30-83 (#30) Always Below 1 Ω No. 4 B13-2 - Ground Always 10 kΩ or higher B13-2 - B30-82 (#40) Always Below 1 Ω

- INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY (IG2)
- Inspect the integration relay (IG2). Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [05/2013 - ] - Step 1 .
NG → REPLACE INTEGRATION RELAY
OK → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (INTEGRATION RELAY - FUEL INJECTOR)
- REPLACE FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [05/2013 - 01/2014]
- REPLACE ECM. Refer to REMOVAL [05/2013 - 01/2014]
