Steering Wheel: Installation: Installation

WARNING:

Some of these service operations affect the SRS airbag system. Read the precautionary notices concerning the SRS airbag system before servicing. Refer to PRECAUTION .

INSTALL STEERING WHEEL LOWER BOSS COVER
1. Engage the claw and install the steering wheel lower boss cover.
2. Tighten the screw.

INSTALL STEERING WHEEL See step 23
INSTALL NO. 1 STEERING WHEEL ORNAMENT
1. Engage the 2 claws and the pin.

2. Install the No. 1 steering wheel ornament with the screw.
INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH
INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH
INSTALL STEERING PAD
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
