Fuel Sender Gauge Assembly: Installation: Installation
- INSTALL FUEL TANK SUCTION TUBE GASKET See step 6
- INSTALL FUEL TANK VENT TUBE ASSEMBLY See step 7
- INSTALL FUEL PUMP GAUGE RETAINER See step 8
- INSTALL FUEL TANK VENT HOSE See step 9
- INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL EVAPORATION TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY See step 10
- CONNECT NO. 1 FUEL EVAPORATION TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Connect the No. 1 fuel evaporation tube and lock it by pushing in the retainer.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION
*1 Retainer *2 Fuel Tube Connector *3 O-Ring *4 Fuel Pipe Push NOTE:- Check that there are no scratches or foreign objects on the connecting part.
- Check that the No. 1 fuel evaporation tube is inserted securely.
- After installing the retainer, check that the No. 1 fuel evaporation tube is securely connected by pulling on it.
- Connect the No. 1 fuel evaporation tube and lock it by pushing in the retainer.
- CONNECT FUEL TANK WIRE
- Connect the fuel tank wire connector.NOTE:
After connecting the fuel tank wire connector, check that the fuel tank wire is inserted securely.
- Connect the fuel tank wire connector.
