Rear Seat Assembly: Reassembly

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame may injure your hands.

INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE LH
1. Install the 2 control cables as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER LH
NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
2. Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback frame.

3. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

4. Attach the 2 hooks and 2 claws, and install the seatback board to the seatback frame.

5. Close the zipper.
6. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) with new hog rings.

INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the 2 reclining control cables as shown in the illustration.

2. Install the control lever to the seatback with the 2 screws.
3. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seatback lock striker cover.

INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER RH
1. Attach the 3 claws to install the belt cover.

INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER
1. Install the belt with the nut as shown in the illustration.
  Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)
2. Attach the hook.

3. Align the holes of the 3 parts shown in the illustration, and then install the 3 nuts.

  HINT:
  
  Before tightening the nuts, raise the seatback to the upright position and make sure the seatback stops in the first lock position of the frame.

4. Attach the 2 claws to close the shoulder belt cover.

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the male cover.

2. Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback frame.
3. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

4. Install the seatback board to the seatback frame.

5. Close the zipper.
6. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) with new hog rings.
