High Speed Position

When the wiper and washer SW is turned to the HI position, the current flows in TERMINAL 17 of the wiper and washer SW, out TERMINAL 8 to TERMINAL 4 of the windshield wiper motor, and finally out TERMINAL 5 to GROUND and causes the windshield wiper motor to run at high speed.
