Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (INTEGRATION RELAY)

    1. Disconnect the 1A, 1B, 1C, 1E, 1F, 1G and 1M junction block connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.

      Standard resistance 

      ECU TERMINALS STANDARD RESISTANCE DESCRIPTION CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      KSW (1E-26) - Body ground B - Body ground Key unlock warning switch input No key in ignition key cylinder 10 kΩ or higher
      KSW (1E-26) - Body ground B - Body ground Key unlock warning switch input Key inserted Below 1 Ω
      DCTY (1A-21) - Body ground O - Body ground Driver side courtesy switch input Driver side door closed 10 kΩ or higher
      DCTY (1A-21) - Body ground O - Body ground Driver side courtesy switch input Driver side door open Below 1 Ω
      PCTY (1C-14) - Body ground L - Body ground Passenger side courtesy switch input Passenger side door closed 10 kΩ or higher
      PCTY (1C-14) - Body ground L - Body ground Passenger side courtesy switch input Passenger side door open Below 1 Ω
      BCTY (1A-7) - Body ground V - Body ground Back door courtesy switch input Back door closed 10 kΩ or higher
      BCTY (1A-7) - Body ground V - Body ground Back door courtesy switch input Back door open Below 1 Ω
      GND (1M-7) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      GND (1E-17) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      Standard voltage 

      ECU TERMINALS STANDARD VOLTAGE DESCRIPTION CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      SIG (1G-1) - Body ground W - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch OFF Below 1 V
      SIG (1G-1) - Body ground W - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      ALTB (1F-1) - Body ground W - Body ground +B (ALTB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      ECUB (1B-30) - Body ground V - Body ground +B (ECUB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the 1A, 1B, 1C, 1E, 1F, 1G and 1M junction block connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      HAZ (1S-17) - Body ground O - Body ground Hazard warning light drive Answer-back OFF 10 to 14 V
      HAZ (1S-17) - Body ground O - Body ground Hazard warning light drive Answer-back ON Pulse generation
      RDA (I6-7) - Body ground GR - Body ground Door control receiver input No key in ignition key cylinder, all doors closed and each transmitter switch OFF to ON Below 1 V → 10 to 14V → Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the junction block assembly (integration relay) may have a malfunction.
