Front Door Lock: Installation

HINT:

The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.

1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 
   1. Install the front door lock assembly (see REASSEMBLY ).

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER 
   1. Install the front door outside handle cover (see REASSEMBLY ).
3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR LOWER 
   1. Install the front door frame sub-assembly rear lower (see REASSEMBLY ).
4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER 
   1. Install the front door service hole cover (see REASSEMBLY ).
5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
   1. Install the front door inside handle sub-assembly (see REASSEMBLY ).
6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
   1. Install the front door trim board sub-assembly (see REASSEMBLY ).
7. INSTALL DOOR CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
   1. Passenger side:

      Install the door control switch assembly (see REASSEMBLY ).

8. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH 
   1. Driver side:

      Install the power window regulator master switch (see REASSEMBLY ).

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
