Lower Instrument Panel: Disassembly

REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT
1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

2. Remove the screw.

3. Remove the 3 bolts and instrument panel lower pad insert LH.

4. Remove the nut and No. 1 instrument panel brace.
REMOVE FUSE BOX OPENING COVER

REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
1. Using nippers, cut off the ultrasonic welding portion as shown in the illustration to remove the No. 2 heater to register duct from the instrument panel.

REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET SUBASSEMBLY CENTER
1. Remove the screw and instrument panel bracket.
