Ignition Switch (Service Information): Inspection

  1. INSPECT IGNITION OR STARTER SWITCH ASSY 
    1. Check the switch resistance.

      Standard: 

      SWITCH CONDITION

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 3 ACC Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2 ON
      1 - 3
      5 - 6
      1 - 2 START
      4 - 5
      5 - 6

      If the result is not as specified, replace the switch assy.
