Transmission Revolution Sensor (ATM): Replacement

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSY 
  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET 
    1. Disconnect wire harness clamp.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and air cleaner bracket.

  3. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor.

  4. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR 
    1. Coat the O-ring with ATF.
    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt.

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in..lbf) 

    3. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER BRACKET 
    1. Install the air cleaner bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 19 N.m (195 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf) 

    2. Connect the wire harness clamp to the air cleaner bracket.
