Preliminary Procedure: Remove the left instrument panel insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Acadia) or Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Enclave) or Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Outlook) .
1	Brake Pedal Position Sensor Bolt NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 3 N.m (27 lb in)
2	Brake Pedal Position Sensor Procedure Disconnect the brake pedal position sensor electrical connector. After the installation is complete, calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration .

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 3 N.m (27 lb in)

Brake Pedal Position Sensor

Procedure

Disconnect the brake pedal position sensor electrical connector.
After the installation is complete, calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration .
