Charge Air Bypass Valve Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1 Charge Air Bypass Bolt
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure: 
Disconnect the vacuum hose.

Tighten:  10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Charge Air Bypass Valve
3 Charge Air Bypass Valve Diaphragm Spring
4 Charge Air Bypass Valve Diaphragm
