Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
  2. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the air cleaner assembly.
  3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner assembly.

  4. Disengage the air cleaner cover latches (1).
  5. Open the air cleaner cover.
  6. Remove and discard the air filter assembly (2).
