Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed Procedure
- For vehicles equipped with MK60/MK70, bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding .
- For vehicles equipped with MK60/MK70, apply the parking brake.
- For vehicles equipped with MK60/MK70, connect the Tech 2 and switch on:
- Select menu "Vehicle Diagnoses"
- Select model year
- Select vehicle "Astra"
- Select "Chassis" system
- Select "MK70 / ABS MK60 ESP"
- Switch on ignition and confirm by pressing the button
- Select "Additional Functions"
- Follow further instructions of Tech 2
- For vehicles equipped with MK60/MK70, follow the instructions of the Tech 2.
- Disconnect the Tech 2.
- For vehicles equipped with MK60/MK70, bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding .
IMPORTANT:
Repeat bleeding brake system if brake pedal is not hard.
