Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Position the CHMSL to the liftgate. Carefully seat the CHMSL into the lamp opening.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. From the underside of the liftgate, install the nuts to the CHMSL.

    Tighten:  Tighten the center high-mounted stop lamp bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Close the liftgate.
