Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the radiator. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill)  or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) .
  2. Unscrew the drain plug from the radiator end tank. Then using a flat-bladed tool, gently pry the plug from the end tank.
