Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Do not exchange digital radio receivers between vehicles. Exchanging digital receivers between vehicles will activate the digital radio Theftlock. "XM Theftlock" will be displayed.
  1. Remove the left instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement .

  3. Remove the receiver bracket nuts.
  4. Remove the receiver from the bracket.
  5. Disengage the electrical connector and the antenna connectors from the XM radio receiver.

  7. Remove the XM digital radio receiver from the vehicle.
