Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the lower door bracket.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the sliding door catch with reinforcement channel bolt (2) at the sliding door lower track.

    Tighten:  Tighten the reinforcement channel bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  5. Align the sliding door lower roller bracket to the grease pencil marks on the sliding door.
  6. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts, in sequence as shown, to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  7. Remove the support from the sliding door.
  8. Install the front edge of the sliding door inner trim panel to the sliding door.
  9. IMPORTANT: By installing the 15A fuse, the low current logic power will be restored to both the LH and RH PSDMs and the PSDs will be operational. However, both PSDMs will have to learn the full open and full closed positions of the PSD. Refer to Acutator Control Module - Power Sliding Door (PSD) Programming and Setup .
  10. If equipped with a power sliding door, enable the PSD system by installing the PSD 15A fuse into the I/P fuse block.
  11. Adjust the sliding door. Refer to Door Adjustment - Sliding (Manual or Power) .
