Installation Procedure

  1. Install the XM digital radio receiver to the receiver bracket.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the radio receiver nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connectors and the antenna connectors to the XM radio receiver.

  4. Install the left I/P insulator. Refer to Knee Bolster, Insulator, Molding Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  5. Perform the setup procedure for the digital radio receiver. Refer to Digital Radio Receiver Programming and Setup .
