Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the lower left intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Spacer Replacement and Intake Manifold Replacement - Lower Left in Engine Mechanical - 3.5L (L66).
  2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the knock sensor (KS).
  3. Remove the KS from the engine block.
