Preliminary Procedures Lift and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
1	Engine Splash Shield Retainer (Qty: 3) Procedure Remove all splash shield push-in retainers except the one hidden by the inner fender. Remove the front 3 inner fasteners and reposition to access the hidden fastener.

Procedure

Remove all splash shield push-in retainers except the one hidden by the inner fender.
Remove the front 3 inner fasteners and reposition to access the hidden fastener.
