Assembly Procedure

  1. Install the window run channel. Refer to Window Channel Replacement - Door .
  2. Install the door hinges. Refer to Hinge Replacement - Front Door .
  3. Connect the rubber conduit to the front door body pillar.
  4. Install the lock assembly. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door .
  5. Install the outer panel insulator to the door. Refer to Sound Insulator Replacement - Front Door .
  6. Install the door frame applique. Refer to Door Frame Applique Replacement - Front  or to Door Frame Applique Replacement - Rear .
  7. Install the door check link. Refer to Door Check Strap Replacement - Side Front .
  8. Install the run channel weatherstrip to the door.
  9. Install the window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door (Power Regulator)  or Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door (Manual Regulator) .
  10. Install the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
  11. Install the lock cylinder. Refer to Lock Cylinder Replacement - Door .
  12. Install the outside handle pivot. Refer to Door Handle Pivot Replacement - Outside .
  13. Install the door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Door in Entertainment.
  14. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  15. Install the outside panel. Refer to Outer Door Panel Replacement Front - Bolt On .
