Installation Procedure

  1. Position the wiper motor to the wiper drive system module.
    2. NOTE: Refer toFastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the wiper motor screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the wiper motor crank arm and crank arm nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the wiper drive system module. Refer toWiper Drive System Module Replacement .
  5. Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
