Intermediate/4TH Servo Assembly: Removal

1. Position vehicle on a hoist and raise vehicle.
2. Remove oil pan. See TRANSAXLE OIL PAN  .
3. Remove oil level control valve. Pull valve straight down. DO NOT pry on valve. See Figure .
4. Remove oil filter and oil filter "O" ring seal. The seal may remain in case when filter is removed.
   CAUTION: Be careful not to score or damage transaxle case when removing filter neck seal.
5. Using a chisel, indent top of filter neck seal to relax press fit. See Figure .
6. Remove filter neck seal from transaxle case and discard.
7. Remove intermediate/4th servo assembly bolts. Remove intermediate/4th servo assembly and return spring. See Fig 1 .
