STOPLAMP Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect stoplamp switch electrical connectors.
  2. Rotate stoplamp switch counterclockwise and remove stoplamp switch from stoplamp switch retainer.
    3. NOTE: Depressing brake pedal will allow easier access of stoplamp retainer locking tabs.
  3. Gently compress locking tabs on stoplamp switch retainer and remove stoplamp switch retainer from brake pedal assembly.
