Removal & Installation

  1. Remove fuel pump module assembly from fuel tank. See FUEL PUMP MODULE . Remove fuel level sensor harness connector retaining clip. Disconnect fuel level sensor harness connector from under the fuel module assembly. See Figure.
  2. Disconnect fuel pump harness connector. Remove fuel level sensor retaining clip. Squeeze the locking tangs and remove fuel level sensor from fuel module assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure.
