Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Saturn LW300, 2003 Saturn LW200, 2003 Saturn L300, and 2003 Saturn L200. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

  1. Connect the blower motor control module electrical connector.
  2. Install the blower motor control module to the HVAC module.
    3. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTIC in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the blower motor control module screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.0 N.m (9 lb in).

  4. Connect the aspirator hose.

  5. Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.

  6. Install the heater outlet.
  7. Install the heater outlet retainer.
  8. Install the instrument panel storage compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Battery.
