Intake Manifold (Unit Repair): Removal

- Remove intake manifold bolts.
- Remove intake manifold.
IMPORTANT:
It is not necessary to remove fuel rail to remove intake manifold.
- Remove seals.
- Remove intake manifold spacer bolts.
- Remove intake manifold spacer.
