Engine FLEXPLATE Replacement (In-Vehicle): Installation

Install the flexplate to the crankshaft.
- Use new flex plate bolts.
- Coat the new flex plate bolts with Loctite® 272 Threadlock or equivalent.
Use the crank hub Torx socket J42098 to counterhold the crankshaft and install the flexplate bolts.
Torque:

Flex Plate Bolt: 65 N.m (48 ft-lbs)+ 30° + 15°

Install the transmission. Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - A/T .
