Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: The windshield lower molding locator can only be replaced by removing the windshield and then removing and installing new windshield moldings, upper and lower locator, and both "A" pillar moldings.
  1. Remove the windshield. Refer to Windshield Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Removing & Installing Windshield Lower Locator Molding

  2. Remove the lower locator windshield molding from the windshield.
  3. Clean the old adhesive from the glass using isopropyl alcohol.
