Diagnostic Aids

Use scan tool to perform AIR PUMP SPECIAL TEST to verify if a problem exists. This test will fail only when device is being commanded on and voltage at PCM is high. The test will update every 100 milliseconds whenever ignition is turned on and device is being commanded on through scan tool or PCM.

Air pump relay coil resistance should be 75-105 ohms.
