Code Enable Criteria
- Transaxle is in 4th gear.
- Engine speed is more than 1800 RPM.
- ECT is more than 149°F (65°C).
- No CAN link DTCs are set.
DTC sets when ECM detects vehicle speed is less than 13 MPH for more than one second.
