Trouble Shooting

Check power steering fluid level. Add fluid if necessary. Check pump drive belt for correct tension. See ADJUSTMENTS in POWER RACK & PINION - SATURN "S" SERIES article. Ensure Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO) actuator connector is secure and clean.
