Test C: Front Wiper Motor Operates In High Speed Only

Disconnect wiper/washer switch 6-pin connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using DVOM, measure voltage between wiper/washer switch connector terminal "E" (Brown wire) and ground. See Figure. If voltage is present, replace wiper/washer switch. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in appropriate STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES article. If voltage is not present, check for continuity in Brown wire between wiper motor and wiper/washer switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If continuity does not exist, repair open in Brown wire. If continuity exists in Brown wire, replace wiper motor/control module. See FRONT WIPER MOTOR/CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
