Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) retainer clip. Disconnect cruise control module harness connector. Disconnect cruise control cable from accelerator pedal by squeezing tabs. See Figure . Remove cruise control module retaining nuts and remove cruise control module.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten cruise control module retaining nuts to 53 INCH lbs. (6 N.m). Adjust cruise control cable. See CRUISE CONTROL CABLE under ADJUSTMENTS.
