Circuit Description

The security system supplies data on Yellow wire between BCM and Passlock™ cylinder sensor. DTC will set when data circuit is shorted to ground and ignition is on. Once DTC is set, vehicle will start and stall. SECURITY indicator light will flash for 10 minutes. DTC will clear if BCM goes to sleep and reinitializes with fault cleared, all BCM history DTCs are cleared after 100 ignition cycles with no current DTCs active or by using scan tool.
