Circuit Description

ECM acts as a ground path for A/C relay to engage A/C clutch. The ECM internal output driver is normally open and will switch to ground when A/C is requested. This circuit is monitored continuously. DTC will set when ECM detects an open in this circuit, engine speed is greater than 40 RPM, and battery voltage is 7.5-15.0 volts.
