Removal (Passenger-Side)

  1. Before proceeding, follow air bag service precautions. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
  2. Remove instrument panel upper trim pad. Unplug CPA clip and electrical connector from passenger inflator module jumper. Remove fasteners and inflator. See Fig 1 .
