Wipers Run On Intermittent Only Or Wipers Do Not Run On

Intermittent Test

1) Perform wiper switch resistance checks. See WIPER/WASHER SWITCH RESISTANCE  table. If resistance checks are okay, check for opens at pins "A", "B" and "C" on column switch connector and repair as needed. If wiper switch checks are okay, go to next step. If wiper switch does not check okay, install new wiper switch and verify that wipers operate.

2) Check circuits, connections and terminals connected to wiper module. Repair as needed. If system still does not operate, replace wiper module/motor assembly. Verify that system operates with new components.
