Throttle Body Fuel Injector (TBI): Installation

1. Lubricate NEW upper and lower "O" rings with clean engine oil, and place them on injector. Ensure upper ring is in groove and lower ring is in cavity of fuel meter assembly.
2. Position injector in fuel meter assembly, with electrical connector facing toward fuel pressure regulator. Push injector down to seat in cavity. Install injector retainer. Coat injector retainer screw with thread locking compound and install. Tighten retainer screw to 35 INCH lbs. (3.0 N.m).
