Diagnostic Aids

A shorted or open solenoid, relay or bulb can cause a Code 26. If only one output circuit is bad, PCM will shut down only that circuit and not entire quad-driver. If any corresponding codes exist (i.e., Code 32, EGR), diagnose that quad-driver first.
