Circuit/System Testing

  1. Switch ignition ON.
  2. Check that DTC C056D or C056E is not generated.
  3. If any of the specified DTCs has been triggered, see TSC/ESP DTC Index .
  4. Replace K17 electronic brake control module.
  5. Verify that DTCs C1255 or C1256 are not set when the vehicle is maneuvered as specified in "Conditions for running of DTCs" above.
  6. If any of these DTCs is generated:
  7. Replace the control device that set the DTC.
  8. If none of these DTCs are generated:
  9. All OK.
