To remove

  1. Remove SOLENOID, FUEL FILLER FLAP, 4D (434 A) or SOLENOID, FUEL FILLER FLAP, 5D (434 A) .
  2. Remove REAR WING LINER .
  3. Remove the bolt (A) holding the fuel filler pipe in place.

  4. Remove the fuel filler flap.
  5. Detach the fuel filler pipe (A) from the filler cap sleeve.

  6. Remove the filler cap sleeve (B) from the inner plate hole.
  7. Remove the fuel filler flap.
  8. Remove the filler cap sleeve (A) using 82 93 474 Removal tool. Start removing from the rear edge of the filler cap sleeve so that the retaining clips disengage.
