To fit

Fit a new gasket.
Fit the intake manifold and position the cable duct without fitting the nuts and screws.
Fit the intake manifold stay (B).

Tighten the screws and nuts for the intake manifold (A)
Tightening torque, intake manifold, stay 22 Nm (16 lbf ft)

Tightening torque, intake manifold to cylinder head 10 Nm (7 lbf ft)

Fit the dipstick (A).

Guide down the wiring harness' connector under the intake manifold.
Fit the connector (B) to the clip.

Plug in the injectors' connector (A) for the engine's wiring harness.
Attach the wiring harness (A) to the injectors.

Fit the brake servo's plastic hose (B) to the intake manifold.

Fit the EVAP canister purge valve's hose (A) to the intake manifold.
Fit the fuel pressure regulators hose (D) to the intake manifold.

Fit the cable duct's nut (C).
Fit the atmospheric pressure sensor (B) (539) to the intake manifold.
Fit the solenoid valve's hose (A) to the intake manifold.
Fit TRIONIC T8 CONTROL MODULE (589) .
Fit THROTTLE BODY ACTUATOR (604) .
