Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine coolant heater housing. Refer to ENGINE COOLANT HEATER COVER REPLACEMENT (HOUSING)  or ENGINE COOLANT HEATER COVER REPLACEMENT (HOUSING COVER) .
  2. Remove the 4 fasteners (1) from the engine coolant heater control (2).

  3. Disconnect with caution the electrical connector (1) from the engine coolant heater control (2).
