Preliminary Procedure  Recover the refrigerant. Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND RECHARGING . Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE . Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . Remove the right front liner. Remove the engine shield. Refer to ENGINE SHIELD REPLACEMENT . Remove the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT .
1	A/C Compressor and Condenser Hose Assembly Bolt Refer to FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten  22 Nm (16 lb ft)
2	Sealing Washer Procedure  Remove and discard the sealing washer. Refer to AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SEAL REPLACEMENT .
3	A/C Compressor Bolt (Qty: 3) Procedure  Tighten the bolts in sequence. Tighten  22 Nm (16 lb ft)
4	A/C Compressor Assembly Procedure  Perform compressor oil balancing. Refer to AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR OIL BALANCING .
