To fit

Connect the line to the steering gear.
NOTE:
Use new seals with the banjo connector.

Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 lbf ft)

LHD: Fasten the return line to the delivery line with two cable ties.

Diesel : Refit the lower engine cover.

Lower the car and fit a clip around the line and the A/C lower pressure pipe. Also fit a clip to the delivery hose.

Connect and fasten the line to the power steering fluid reservoir. Ensure that the white line on the line is aligned with the arrow on the reservoir.

Fit the steering servo reservoir.
Fasten the return line to the suspension strut tower with a cable tie.
Bleed the power steering system see BLEEDING THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM .
