  1. Remove the lower dashboard section by the passenger seat, see CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM (2006) , INTERIOR EQUIPMENT (2006) , or HEATING AND VENTILATION, A/C (2007) or INTERIOR EQUIPMENT (2007) .
  2. Remove the control module by releasing the catches and unplugging the connector.
    IMPORTANT:

    ESD-SENSITIVE COMPONENT 

    Ground yourself by touching the car body before plugging in / unplugging components. Do not touch the component pins  . Read BEFORE CHANGING A CONTROL MODULE  before changing a control module.
